This mc² Burger is for sale since May 2013 at Coop, EkoPlaza, the Vegetarian snackbar and more and of course at the Vegetarian Butcher. Yesterday I had the honour to taste. It is unbelievable phenomenal well made, with a delicious crispy crust, a litttle fatty, a bit smokey, somewhat spicy too, joeheee!! A deep bow for this topchef.
